Automatically download IFTTT invoices

On the roadmap

Collect IFTTT Pro and Pro+ invoices by account, plan, billing period, payment method, currency, tax, and credits for applet automation.

Keep IFTTT Pro and Pro+ applet plans distinguishable. IFTTT billed plans are Pro and Pro+ subscriptions for applet automation, not charges per applet run. Identify the billed account and plan, and keep plan-change documents with the same subscription instead of mixing them with unrelated developer or partner services.

Automatic download of IFTTT invoices

The planned flow joins portal documents with mailbox attachments in one review list. Until this provider connection is released, use the following checklist as the reliable manual path.

How it works

  1. Set the account and period. Confirm whether the charge is a Pro or Pro+ subscription before storing IFTTT billing documents.
  2. Check the original documents. Check billed account, service period, currency, tax, and payment method against the automation plan in use.
  3. Prepare the handoff. Keep upgrades, downgrades, and credits linked to the IFTTT billing period they modify.

Frequently asked questions

How does BillGetter protect my IFTTT data?

BillGetter is being developed as a local and a cloud version. The permissions and data path of the IFTTT connection will be shown before you connect an account; the integration is currently on the roadmap.

Can I collect older IFTTT documents?

The available history depends on the later IFTTT connection and the documents retained in the account. BillGetter will document that scope before the integration is released.

Does BillGetter also collect invoices from email?

Mailbox collection is part of the planned BillGetter workflow. Email attachments and portal documents are intended to appear in the same review list, with the exact early-access scope confirmed before release.

Which IFTTT documents belong in the monthly set?

For IFTTT, start with: IFTTT Pro plan invoice, Pro+ plan invoice, IFTTT credit or plan change. Keep corrections and credits with the same period so the set remains complete and understandable.

Are IFTTT documents always saved as PDFs?

BillGetter is intended to retain the original format supplied by IFTTT; not every document type is necessarily a PDF. Before export, use this rule: Preserve IFTTT's original invoice identifier and record Pro versus Pro+ as allocation context for the software cost.
