Automatically collect Google AdSense payment documents

On the roadmap

Organize Google AdSense payment documents by publisher account, earnings period, deductions, currency, payout, and accounting treatment.

Treat Google AdSense files as payment evidence, not purchase invoices. AdSense generally represents revenue flowing to the publisher, not a supplier expense. Keep earnings and payout evidence in its own accounting context and do not label it as an invoice received from a vendor.

Automated collection of Google AdSense payment documents

The planned flow keeps payment evidence visible beside expense documents without presenting it as a supplier invoice.

How it works

  1. Choose the payment period. Identify the publisher account and legal payee before combining payment evidence from several properties.
  2. Check the document context. Reconcile earnings period, deductions, currency, and actual payout instead of equating the gross estimate with cash received.
  3. Prepare the classification. Ask bookkeeping which revenue evidence and self-issued documents are required for the applicable tax situation.

Frequently asked questions

How does BillGetter protect my Google AdSense data?

BillGetter is being developed as a local and a cloud version. The permissions and data path of the Google AdSense connection will be shown before you connect an account; the integration is currently on the roadmap.

Can I collect older Google AdSense documents?

The available history depends on the later Google AdSense connection and the documents retained in the account. BillGetter will document that scope before the integration is released.

Does BillGetter also collect invoices from email?

Mailbox collection is part of the planned BillGetter workflow. Email attachments and portal documents are intended to appear in the same review list, with the exact early-access scope confirmed before release.

Which Google AdSense documents belong in the monthly set?

For Google AdSense, start with: Payment or payout document, Earnings-period statement, Deduction or adjustment record. Keep corrections and credits with the same period so the set remains complete and understandable.

Are Google AdSense documents always saved as PDFs?

BillGetter is intended to retain the original format supplied by Google AdSense; not every document type is necessarily a PDF. Before export, use this rule: File the original payment evidence under revenue and preserve the publisher account and earnings period for reconciliation with the bank entry.
