Automatically download Apple invoices

On the roadmap

Organize Apple invoices and receipts by hardware order, App Store purchase, subscription, Apple Account, legal issuer, and refund.

Separate Apple hardware, app, and subscription documents. Apple hardware, apps, and digital subscriptions may be purchased through different channels and produce different document types. Start with the purchasing channel and legal issuer instead of grouping every charge under one Apple account.

Automatic download of Apple invoices

The planned flow joins portal documents with mailbox attachments in one review list. Until this provider connection is released, use the following checklist as the reliable manual path.

How it works

  1. Set the account and period. Separate hardware orders from apps and recurring services before collecting documents for the accounting period.
  2. Check the original documents. Match Apple Account, order reference, legal issuer, currency, and tax information to the actual purchasing channel.
  3. Prepare the handoff. Keep refunds and subscription changes beside the original purchase without replacing the first document.

Frequently asked questions

How does BillGetter protect my Apple data?

BillGetter is being developed as a local and a cloud version. The permissions and data path of the Apple connection will be shown before you connect an account; the integration is currently on the roadmap.

Can I collect older Apple documents?

The available history depends on the later Apple connection and the documents retained in the account. BillGetter will document that scope before the integration is released.

Does BillGetter also collect invoices from email?

Mailbox collection is part of the planned BillGetter workflow. Email attachments and portal documents are intended to appear in the same review list, with the exact early-access scope confirmed before release.

Which Apple documents belong in the monthly set?

For Apple, start with: Hardware purchase invoice, App or media receipt, Subscription or refund document. Keep corrections and credits with the same period so the set remains complete and understandable.

Are Apple documents always saved as PDFs?

BillGetter is intended to retain the original format supplied by Apple; not every document type is necessarily a PDF. Before export, use this rule: Use order or subscription context internally, but preserve the original issuer, date, and document identifier shown by Apple.
