Automatically download Stable invoices

On the roadmap

Collect Stable invoices by US business entity, virtual mailbox, registered-agent subscription, service period, currency, tax, and filing add-ons.

Organize Stable invoices for US mailbox and registered-agent fees. Stable on usestable.com bills US virtual-mailbox and registered-agent subscriptions for a business entity, not a consumer parcel locker. Keep the billed US entity, mailbox address, and registered-agent period together, and separate optional state-filing add-ons from the recurring mailbox subscription.

Automatic download of Stable invoices

The planned flow joins portal documents with mailbox attachments in one review list. Until this provider connection is released, use the following checklist as the reliable manual path.

How it works

  1. Set the account and period. Identify the billed US entity and Stable account before collecting mailbox and registered-agent invoices together.
  2. Check the original documents. Separate recurring mailbox fees from registered-agent and state-filing add-ons while checking period, currency, and tax.
  3. Prepare the handoff. Keep entity, mailbox address, and service period on the original invoice so later filings do not overwrite the subscription document.

Frequently asked questions

How does BillGetter protect my Stable data?

BillGetter is being developed as a local and a cloud version. The permissions and data path of the Stable connection will be shown before you connect an account; the integration is currently on the roadmap.

Can I collect older Stable documents?

The available history depends on the later Stable connection and the documents retained in the account. BillGetter will document that scope before the integration is released.

Does BillGetter also collect invoices from email?

Mailbox collection is part of the planned BillGetter workflow. Email attachments and portal documents are intended to appear in the same review list, with the exact early-access scope confirmed before release.

Which Stable documents belong in the monthly set?

For Stable, start with: Mailbox subscription invoice, Registered-agent fee invoice, Filing add-on or credit note. Keep corrections and credits with the same period so the set remains complete and understandable.

Are Stable documents always saved as PDFs?

BillGetter is intended to retain the original format supplied by Stable; not every document type is necessarily a PDF. Before export, use this rule: Keep the original subscription invoice with the US entity and service type, then allocate mailbox versus registered-agent cost as internal context.
